In their own words

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

Strong Families, Strong South Dakota.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

Rapid City families are working harder and keeping less. Groceries, rent, and gas climbed while paychecks stayed flat. I will fight to lower the cost of living, not the standard of living.

That means backing the small businesses on Main Street that hire our neighbors, cutting the red tape that slows them down, and keeping South Dakota a place where a young family can afford to put down roots. A strong economy is not a talking point.

It is whether you can cover the month and still save for your kids. That is the test I bring to every vote in Pierre.Too many homeowners are being taxed out of houses they riased their kids in. Assessments keep climbing, and seniors on fixed incomes feel the worst.

I will fight to slow how fast assessed valuations can grow so your tax bill stops chasing a number you never agreed to.

I will do it without a new sales tax that just shifts the squeeze from your home to your grocery cart.

Relief should be real, not a shell game. You should be able to own your home in retirement without dreading the next assessment notice. Our kids deserve schools that put students first. I support strong public schools, local control, and teachers who are trusted to teach. Parents should have a real seat at the table, not a locked door.

I will fight for classrooms focused on the basics that build a future: reading, math, and skills that lead to a good job or trade right here in South Dakota. Funding should follow students into the classroom, not get lost in administration. Strong schools and strong families go together, and both make South Dakota stronger.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Recidivism, Economic Growth, Property Taxes, School Improvement, Judicial Reform.
