Wilton Simpson was born in Lakeland, Florida. Simpson earned an associate degree from Pasco-Hernando Community College in 1997.[1] His career experience includes owning Simpson Environmental Services, Inc.[2] Simpson served as a board member of Pasco Hernando Community College.[1]
