Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

Husband, Father, Businessman, Patriot

As a resident of the District for over three decades, William Joseph, 55, combines his business acumen with public service, having served on three boards. Joseph is married to Misoule Pierre Gilles and have three children raised and originated in the district, two daughters and one son. A graduate of Oxford Academy and a licensed professional in investigations and as a fugitive agent, Joseph has a strong business background, having successfully owned and operated multiple businesses in the district.

Today democracy calls for new Conservative leaders, moving beyond divisive politics. Let's unite with a Conservative agenda and chart a new , positive course for our District.William Joseph is just more than a candidate. He is an inspirational leader who ignites hope in district 88 .The cornerstones of our mission are workforce housing, community entertainment, family support, safer neighborhoods, economic growth, value for artists and high-quality education.Dear voters, I william Joseph, am dedicated to serving District 88 as a candidate in the November 2026 election. Through innovation and collaboration, we will address community challenges and create a smarter tomorrow.Thank you for considering my candidacy .

Helping our community and making a change in society.

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

The .most important characteristics for an elected official include integrity. Vision, effective communication ,knowledge and competence, compassion, and accountability to serve the public good. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy for diverse communities, collaborate and making informed decisions and willingness to learn fostering trust with constituents.

What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?

The core responsibility for someone elected to this office is to represent and serve their constituents by engaging in three main functions: legislation., constituent service, and oversight.

What do you believe is the ideal relationship between the governor and state legislature?

The relationship between governor and it's legislature is a dynamic and often contentious system of shared power and checks and balances.

What do you perceive to be your state's greatest challenges over the next decade?

Given the multitude of challenges facing our state, it is imperative that politicians be prepared to work collaboratively and address the demands that will arise from these upcoming challenges. Without 8

Do you believe that it’s beneficial for state legislators to have previous experience in government or politics?

Without a doubt, having some knowledge of government work is always beneficial in politics.

Do you believe it’s beneficial to build relationships with other legislators? Please explain your answer.

Definitely, I believe it's beneficial to build a strong relationship with previous people in politics in that case you're succeeded.

Is there a particular legislator, past or present, whom you want to model yourself after?

I believe we have numerous areas to address, so it is best to continue connecting and provide updates when the time is right.

Are you interested in running for a different political office (for example, the U.S. Congress or governor) in the future?

From my perspective, life is inherently unpredictable, and we must trust that God will continue to open doors for us.

Both sitting legislators and candidates for office hear many personal stories from the residents of their district. Is there a story that you’ve heard that you found particularly touching, memorable, or impactful?

Yes, it is indeed difficult when listening to our constituents grievances every single year regarding the way politicians practice politics, merely grabbing their vote and neglecting them , who frequently spend.

Should the legislature oversee or grant the use of emergency powers?

Yes, the legislature should both grant and oversee to use of emergency powers to prevent potential abuse of power by the executive branch.

What is the first bill you would introduce if elected?

Protecting constituents right to public input.

What organizations or individuals have endorsed your campaign?

With our community endorsement efforts having just commenced, their participation is assured.

Do you support or oppose changes to the current state ballot initiative process? If so, what kind of changes would you consider?

Certainly ,I support any kind of changes that benefit our community.

What is an accomplishment that you are proud of?

Engage with with my community and provide services to its constituents

What legislation would you enact related to election administration in your state?

In recent years. Florida has passed several laws changing its election administration .As of September 2025.there are new laws in effect and more legislation that has been proposed.
