Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

Georgia deserves judges who will apply the law fairly and consistently for everyone. Courts should not favor powerful interests, political insiders, or well-connected litigants. Every Georgian, regardless of background, resources, or influence, deserves the same fair hearing in court. As a judge, Will Wooten will focus on faithfully interpreting the law and ensuring that the same rules apply to everyone.Throughout his career, Will Wooten has stood with victims and families seeking justice in Georgia’s courts. As a prosecutor, he has worked closely with victims of violent crime, domestic violence, and fraud, and has stood beside mothers and families who have lost loved ones to violence. Those experiences have shaped his understanding of how deeply court decisions affect real people.

Wooten believes judges must never lose sight of the human impact of the law. Every case represents a person, a family, and a community seeking fairness and accountability. On the Court of Appeals, he will bring that perspective and ensure the law is applied carefully, responsibly, and with a full understanding of its consequences for the people of Georgia.Judges must remain independent and committed to the rule of law. The role of a judge is not to advance a political agenda, but to interpret the law and the Constitution as written. Will Wooten believes the judiciary must remain impartial, principled, and focused on calling balls and strikes. Public confidence in the integrity of the system depends on judges who apply the law fairly, follow the Constitution, and treat every litigant with the same respect and neutrality.
