Victor Williams earned a B.A. in theology from Ouachita Baptist University and a J.D. from the University of California at Hastings.[1]

Raised Arkansas hardscrabble, Victor Williams was a first generation college grad (B.A., Ouachita Baptist University), Victor then earned a graduate degree in policy (Ed.M., Harvard University) and three law degrees (J.D, University of California-Hastings; LL.M. Columbia University Law School; LL.M. in Law & Economics, George Mason University's Antonin Scalia School of Law.

Victor Williams began his legal career in Mobile, Alabama as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable William Brevard Hand. Falling in love with the Heart of Dixie, Victor often returned to his adopted Fairhope to summer and holiday even as he established his law teaching career in Washington, D.C.

In late 2015, Williams became a strong Trump advocated and he established Law Professors for Trump. The independent group supported Trump, his appointments, and his America First policies -- in the media and the courts.

Victor joyfully returned to Fairhope fulltime to found TrumpDemocrats.com. TrumpDemocrats.com will work in disruptive ways to reclaim the Democrat Party from the Marxists, Incompetents, Anarchists, and Academic Thugs.

[SCOTUS recently said a constitutional amendment is needed to impose Senate and House Term Limits. US Term Limits, Inc. v. Thornton.

SCOTUS has long said that their Article III "shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour" means lifetime tenure of office and salary.

Even a when federal judge commits serious federal felony and is sent to federal prison. She is still an Article III judge with all the perks and power.

Paint white stripes on her black robes and pass the felon's $223,000 annual federal judicial salary through the prison bars. Hell of a prison cigarette fund.

After time served and with just enough time in a halfway house to call and hire a new year's crop of law clerks, the judge goes back on the bench. Walter Nixon v. United States.

So fine, it will require a constitutional amendment for term limits on Senate, House, and Judges/Justices.

JUST DO IT!

However, a simple federal statute with attendant OPM regulations will impose immediate term limits on Military Brass, Congressional Staff, and Federal Bureaucrats.

Asinine Fauci has had 50 years to do his worst and he is still harming Americans' health today.

So lets say it's 18 years max for all federal employment.

Whether its miliary, executive, congressional, or independent agency employment. 18 years total starting with your first unpaid internship.

Many Alabama voters reading this will very likely have a lover, spouse, friend, relative, neighbor who is a federal "worker."

Too bad! It must be implemented. This is a great example of America First over Alabama First.

18 years latched to the federal taxpayer teat is time enough.

We will rework their blasted, bloated retirement boondoggles over time so they suffer no "hardship."

A simple statute and OPM regs will institute term limits for life for "career" military, congressional staff, and bureaucrats. With time calculated running consecutively.

Then the ex-federal employee can move on to new employ.
