•
Lowering property taxes
•
Available and affordable housing
•
Accessible, affordable, high quality healthcare

Supporting our public schools and building accountability and transparency into the school voucher program
•
Quality, affordable childcare with a strong childcare provider workforce, so that working parents can provide for their families
•
Quality jobs with fair pay and benefits for all working individuals
•
Investing in people at every age
•
Feeding children and eliminating hunger
•
Protecting the environment and our planet to help assure our children’s futureI believe that the government should work for all of New Hampshire’s hard-working people and families – not just the wealthy, which means prioritizing people over profits. We lawmakers must demonstrate our commitment to freedom by protecting the sacred doctor-patient relationship and families’ medical decision-making. We must trust people to make their own decisions about healthcare without government interference.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
Because of my background as a family physician, community based researcher, educator, and public health practitioner, I care a lot about sound, scientific, evidence-based policies that support health and well-being, in addition to the provision of high-quality healthcare that is accessible to and affordable for all.
At this time it is vital that we assure Medicaid coverage without prohibitive barriers and bureaucracy so people can keep their coverage and see their healthcare providers when they need to, and assure the stability of community health centers and hospitals so they continue to be able to serve their communities.
A healthy population benefits ALL the people of New Hampshire assuring our current and future economic vitality.
