Background

Tim Kennedywas born in Buffalo, New York, in 1976. He earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees in occupational therapy from D'Youville College in 1999. His professional experience includes working as a licensed occupational therapist.[1][2] Kennedy served on the Erie County legislature from 2004 to 2010, and the New York Senate from 2011 to 2024.[1]
