Theo Angelis is a judge for Position 5 of the Washington Supreme Court. He assumed office on April 4, 2026. His current term ends on January 11, 2027.

Angelis is running in a special election for the Position 5 judge of the Washington Supreme Court. He is on the ballot in the special general election on November 3, 2026. He advanced from the primary on August 4, 2026.

Angelis first became a member of the Washington State Supreme Court through an appointment. Gov. Bob Ferguson (D) first appointed him to the court in 2026 to the seat vacated by Barbara Madsen.[1] To learn more about this appointment, click here.
