Retired 36 years in the Healthcare industry specializing in Dementia Programs and Senior housing for Elderly requiring 24 hour Healthcare.
Advocate for awareness of Elder abuse and participation in Saving Historical Architectural Buildings from blight and local cities neglect of the historical significant sites. Served in the U.S. Navy in the Medical Corp. while receiving Honorable Discharge and later continued fighting for Veteran Housing. Mr. Spencer wants to donate his State Senator salary to the Alzheimer's Association if elected as State Senator.
