In their own words

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I am running for Congress because I believe America is worth fighting for. My career has been dedicated to public service, business leadership, and helping organizations solve complex challenges while staying grounded in faith, integrity, and conservative principles.

My experience spans Congress, federal agencies, nonprofit organizations, and the private sector, giving me a unique understanding of how government works—and how it can work better for the American people.

I began my career in Washington, D.C., serving in senior leadership roles in the U.S. House of Representatives, including the House Republican Conference, where I worked alongside conservative leaders to advance policies that strengthened families, encouraged economic growth, and promoted accountability in government. I also worked with the White House Offices of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, assisting faith leaders from across the country.

As a business owner and strategic advisor, I have spent years helping organizations create jobs, expand opportunities, and navigate complex challenges. Recently completed the Executive MBA program at Oxford University, where I studied alongside leaders from around the world and gained valuable insights into global markets. Author of Running Into the Fire, a how to guide for public service and leadership. Through speaking engagements across the country, I encourage Americans—especially people of faith—to engage in their communities & lead with courage.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

America is at a turning point, and I'm running for Congress because I believe we can restore trust in government by returning to the principles that made our nation strong. I will fight to secure our border, restore fiscal responsibility, strengthen our military, support law enforcement, protect our constitutional freedoms, and unleash American energy. With experience in Congress, the executive branch, and the private sector, I know how Washington works and how to make it work better for the people. Guided by faith, integrity, and accountability, I'll always put the people of Florida's 22nd District first and work to leave America stronger, safer, and more prosperous for the next generation.Leadership isn't about making promises, its about delivering results. I believe past performance is a strong indicator of future performance. I have spent my career serving in Congress, the executive branch, and the private sector, helping businesses create jobs, strengthening communities, and solving complex challenges. I understand how Washington works and where it is broken. I will bring real-world experience, fiscal discipline, and a commitment to transparency and accountability to Congress. My goal is simple: protect taxpayers, defend our constitutional freedoms, and ensure Florida's 22nd District has a strong, effective voice fighting for our families, businesses, farmers, and future.I believe public service is a calling, not a career. Guided by my faith, integrity, and a deep love for America, I will always put the people of Florida's 22nd District ahead of politics. I believe our rights come from God, not government, and that elected officials are accountable to the people they serve. I will fight to preserve our freedoms, protect future generations, and ensure America remains the land of opportunity where hard work, personal responsibility, and liberty are rewarded.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I am passionate about protecting the Constitution, restoring fiscal responsibility, strengthening our national security, and ensuring government is transparent and accountable to the people. I believe America's economic strength depends on reducing unnecessary regulations, supporting small businesses, farmers, and energy producers, and creating an environment where innovation and entrepreneurship can thrive. I am also passionate about education, parental rights, election integrity, and preserving individual liberty. Above all, I believe public policy should expand opportunity, protect freedom, and leave future generations with a stronger, safer, and more prosperous America. I am strongly opposed to socialism and will fight radical Marxism.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

The far-left isn't just pushing dangerous socialist policies, they're pushing to replace God with government. Terri's faith has guided her entire life. She feels called to serve others, serve her community, and serve Alabama's 2nd District. She's running to remind our leaders to put God over Government.

What was your very first job? How long did you have it?

Much like President Trump taking on the D.C. swamp today, Terri's first job on Capitol Hill was helping former Speaker Newt Gingrich drain the Congressional swamp. As part of the senior leadership team of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the U.S. House of Representatives, Terri and the team immediately went to work reforming the broken and often unaccountable financial systems and taxpayer-funded operations of Congress. For example, when decades of old furniture belonging to the Congress - and thus the American people - was discovered sitting in a dusty warehouse in Washington D.C. with no purpose, Terri and her colleagues did something truly outside the box: they held a yard sale on the front steps of a federal government building and auctioned everything off! After cleaning out the warehouse and closing it down, the savings to the taxpayers totaled $235,000 per year. But that was just the beginning. Terri & the CAO team pushed for the first independent audit of the U.S. House of Representatives since 1789. This audit shined the brightest of spotlights on Congress, unleashing historic changes and reforms that resulted in remarkably improved accountability and transparency of the core operations of the people's House, saving taxpayers approximately $184 million per year or over $4 billion to date! These unprecedented results were recognized as one of the top 100 reforms in American government and remain a model for other governments around the world.

Do you believe that it's beneficial for representatives to have previous experience in government or politics?

Yes - but mostly they need to have integrity.

If you are not a current representative, are there certain committees that you would want to be a part of?
