Summer Johnson is a Republican candidate for New York State Assembly in the 130th District, bringing together executive leadership, policy expertise, and frontline local government experience. She previously served as Town Supervisor of the Town of Marion, where she acted as chief executive officer of the municipality and led efforts to strengthen fiscal responsibility, transparency, and public safety. During her first years in office, the Town increased revenues, wrote and submitted several grants and she authored and passed Marion’s first comprehensive hiring policy to ensure fairness, accountability, and compliance.

A strong advocate for EMS providers, firefighters, and law enforcement officers, Summer is also the wife of a disabled War on Terror OEF veteran, giving her firsthand insight into the sacrifices made by military families. She is running for Assembly to provide the 130th District with a strong, independent voice in Albany—one that puts local communities, families, and public safety first.

I'm running as an America First conservative who will defend our constitutional rights and stand up to Albany’s dysfunction. My campaign is focused on public safety, fiscal responsibility, local control, limited government, and policies that strengthen families and protect our freedoms.As the wife of a disabled Operation Enduring Freedom veteran, I understand that public service is a lived responsibility, not an abstract idea. I will fight for faith, family, and freedom every single day in the Assembly.Protecting our rural farmland from the failed, both Nationally and State-wide green policies.
