Stephanie Boykin served in the U.S. Air Force for 40 years and retired as a lieutenant colonel in 2022. She earned a bachelor's degree from Lincoln University and a graduate degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Her career experience includes working as a language arts teacher in the Columbia and St. Louis school districts, as well as serving as a civil rights investigator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the U.S. Postal Service, and the City of St. Louis Civil Rights Enforcement Agency.[1]
