Scott Miller served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserve, and the Missouri National Guard. He earned a high school diploma from Pattonville Senior High School in 1989. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri, St. Louis, a graduate degree in telecommunications management from Washington University, and two graduate degrees from Indiana University. His career experience includes owning a small business.[1]
