Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I am a scientist and engineer passionate about serving the public through political office. I am married and father of 3 wonderful daughters and have lived in Nashua, NH for 18 years. As a scientist, I have an active research group with publications and patents in technological applications of nanotechnology. I've also been an entrepreneur in the past as founder and CEO of a software startup. I got interested in workers rights and collective bargaining initiatives was elected as Vice President of the faculty union. Throughout this journey, I've always felt energized in a public-facing mode advocating for something bigger and better than myself and in reaching out to those with differing opinions and viewpoints and coming up solutions that make measurable, meaningful changes in our lives.

I've considered entering politics for a long time and what pushed me over the top is the urgent and immediate threat to our democracy. I never imagined something like this would happen in our nation. No matter what our political leanings may be, we must come together as one nation and defend our system of government from all threats, foreign or domestic.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

Defend Democracy & Our Hard-Fought Freedoms.

Separation of powers and adherence to the rule of law are the pillars of our system of government. Democracy itself is on the ballot this November. I will fight to protect hard-won freedoms like women's reproductive rights, voting rights, and right to unionize.Bring Down Costs for Granite Staters & Grow NH's Economy.

I will support policies to lower property taxes, increase access to affordable housing and childcare, and lower cost of prescription drugs. I will support small businesses and fight to increase transportation options that will help create good paying jobs and connect our communities.Fight for Public Schools.

I believe that every New Hampshire child should have the opportunity to thrive and that when parents and schools work together, students can succeed in the classroom and beyond. I will fight against any effort to privatize public school education "at the cost of our public schools".
