Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

Protecting Arizona's Cops: Rodney Glassman believes Arizona’s law enforcement officers deserve an Attorney General who will back them, not undermine them. As Attorney General, Rodney will work hand-in-hand with local police, sheriffs, prosecutors, and federal partners to combat violent crime, secure the border, stop the flow of fentanyl, and crack down on cartels and repeat offenders. Rodney will defend qualified immunity, oppose efforts to defund police, and ensure Arizona’s laws are enforced fairly and consistently so that families and communities can feel safe again.Protecting Arizona's Kids: Rodney Glassman is committed to protecting Arizona’s children from crime, exploitation, and harmful influences. As Attorney General, he will aggressively prosecute child predators, human traffickers, and those who target children online. Rodney will also fight to keep dangerous drugs out of schools, support parents’ rights, and defend policies that ensure children receive a safe, high-quality education. Arizona’s kids deserve an Attorney General focused on their safety, future, and well-being above political agendas.Protecting Arizona's Prosperity: Rodney Glassman believes Arizona’s future depends on safe communities, economic freedom, and government accountability. As Attorney General, he will defend property rights, protect small businesses from government overreach, and fight fraud, corruption, and waste that harm taxpayers. Rodney will stand up for Arizona’s water, energy, and economic interests while working to keep taxes low and regulations reasonable. By enforcing the law and creating a stable legal environment, Rodney will help ensure Arizona remains a place where families, workers, and businesses can thrive.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Rodney believes the Attorney General’s office should focus on protecting Arizona’s cops, kids, and prosperity. As Attorney General, he would work to strengthen public safety, combat cartel activity and fentanyl trafficking, prosecute crimes against children, defend constitutional rights, and protect consumers and taxpayers from fraud and government overreach. Rodney’s background, including degrees in public administration and arid land science, gives him a unique understanding of Arizona’s legal, economic, and water challenges. Coming from a family of farmers, he understands the importance of protecting the state’s resources, businesses, and way of life.

A state's attorney general has many responsibilities. Which of those do you personally consider the most important?

The most important responsibility of the Attorney General is protecting the people of Arizona and defending the rule of law. That means supporting law enforcement, prosecuting dangerous criminals, protecting children from exploitation and trafficking, defending consumers and seniors from fraud, and ensuring that the constitutional rights of Arizonans are upheld. Public safety and the rule of law must always come first.

Attorneys general can represent their states in legal conflicts with the federal government. Do you consider this an important part of an attorney general's responsibilities?

Yes. As a believer in limited government, this is a principal core to my ideology, and the Attorney General has a duty to defend Arizona’s sovereignty, constitutional rights, and economic interests when the federal government oversteps its authority.

However, the office should not pursue political lawsuits simply for headlines, partisan gain, or to fundraise for political campaigns. The focus should be on protecting Arizona families, securing the border, defending public safety, and ensuring that federal policies do not harm our state or violate the Constitution.

Who do you look up to? Whose example would you like to follow, and why?

Abraham Lincoln. He led with integrity, an earnest and persistent desire to serve, and he never gave up.

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

Integrity, accountability, courage, and a commitment to public service are essential for any elected official. Leaders should put the people they represent ahead of politics or personal ambition, tell the truth even when it is difficult, and be willing to stand up for what is right. I also believe elected officials must be accessible, transparent, and focused on delivering results that improve the lives of everyday Arizonans.

What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?

The Attorney General’s first responsibility is to uphold and defend the Constitution and faithfully enforce the law. The office must protect public safety, defend victims, combat fraud and corruption, and ensure that state laws are applied fairly and consistently. Arizona’s Attorney General should also serve as a strong advocate for families, law enforcement, children, and taxpayers while protecting the rights and freedoms guaranteed to every legal citizen.

What legacy would you like to leave?

I want to leave a legacy of restoring trust in the Attorney General’s Office and making Arizona safer, stronger, and more prosperous. I want people to say that I defended the rule of law, stood with law enforcement, protected children and families, and fought to preserve the freedoms and opportunities that make Arizona special. Most importantly, I want to leave behind an office that protects Arizonans from the government and puts the people of Arizona above politics.

What was your very first job? How long did you have it?

My first job was working in our family’s farming office in the Central Valley of California. I would help stuff envelopes, check fields, and work at the cantaloupe packing shed.

What is something that has been a struggle in your life?

After graduating from law school in 2007, I wanted to serve in the United States Air Force JAG Corps Reserve, but discovered I was too heavy for my height. The Staff Judge Advocate at the 355th Fighter Wing Legal office at Davis Monthan Air Force Base told me I need to either grow 4 inches or lose 60 pounds. I made a commitment to healthy eating and daily exercise and lost the weight to not only change my lifestyle but have the opportunity to serve. Today, I am a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force JAG Corps Reserve and have served alongside our active duty heroes for the last 17 years.

What organizations or individuals have endorsed your campaign?

Major Endorsements:

Maricopa County Sheriff Jerry Sheridan

Congressman Paul Gosar

Superintendent of Schools Tom Horne

Former AZ Senate President Karen Fann

What was the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember?

The Space Shuttle Challenger explosion on January 28th, 1986.

The attorney general often sets policy priorities for law enforcement. Are there certain areas of law enforcement that you would emphasize?

The Attorney General plays a critical role in supporting and strengthening law enforcement across Arizona. I will prioritize giving law enforcement the tools, resources, and legal support they need to keep our communities safe. My campaign is proud to have the support of Maricopa County Sheriff Jerry Sheridan because we both understand the importance of backing the men and women who put their lives on the line every day. I will focus on combating violent crime, cartel activity, fentanyl trafficking, and crimes against children while ensuring Arizona remains a state that stands firmly with law enforcement.
