In their own words

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

Life long resident of east TN. Graduated North Greene High in 2014.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

Giving the power back to the people. I will build a public platform so every resident in District 6 can voice yes or no and why or why not on major bills before I cast a vote in Nashville. I will follow the majority position of the district.People are the only thing that matters. No special interests or lobbyists should ever be a part of politics, nor should it ever hold a place above the people. The people are sovereign, I just carry their voice.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I’m passionate about every area of public policy that directly affects the daily lives of the people in District 6.

Whether it’s protecting our clean water and stopping the BWXT expansion, making it easier for renters to become homeowners through the Paper Trail Credit Act, capping runaway property taxes, strengthening our public schools, or lowering healthcare costs — if it impacts the families, seniors, and workers in Johnson City, Gray, and Jonesborough, then it matters to me.

I don’t believe in picking favorite issues based on party lines. My passion is simple: whatever hurts or helps the people of District 6 is what I will fight for.
