Womack's website highlighted the following campaign themes:[11]

Pro-Life

Excerpt: "If you believe in the sanctity of human life, if you would like to see Roe v. Wade overturned, if you would like to see Arkansas be the first state to tell Washington, “We are not murderers. We value our citizens (even the pre-term ones),” then vote for me to be YOUR representative in the house."

Jobs/Taxes

Excerpt: "As every family around knows, everything is easier with a little more money in our pockets. We all live on a sensible budget and it is time that our government joined us on it. I hope that I can take that sense of fiscal responsibility from your neighborhood to the Arkansas House of Representatives."

Healthcare

Excerpt: "I will promise to work diligently with anyone who is genuinely interested in doing the tough work to reform our current system so that first-class medical care is available to anyone who needs it."

Social Programs

Excerpt: "I think that one of the greatest things about this country and state is that we care for our own. Problems arise through the abuse of programs when people go from taking a helping hand to reliance."
