Randy Wilcox earned a high school diploma from Presque Isle High School. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Maine in 1993, and a graduate degree from Northeastern University in 2003. Wilcox's career experience includes working as a healthcare consultant.[1]

I Grew up in Aroostook County (Presque Isle) became an all-star in 3 Sports for Presque Isle Wildcats most for Coach Ed Buckley when we were an Economic power with Loring Air Force Base (50,000 personnell-Largest Military Base in USA History) when I grew up in the 1970 80s and 90s and I never lost to Bangor, Caribou rarely did either. We had 40 Paper Mills going strong for many decades employing upwards of 50,000 people at incomes in the $70-80,000 range-Our Maine Economy has been devastated in the past 25-30 years and our Politicians done NOTHING to repair it ! That's Why I'm running For Governor ! I've Got the Technical Skills, Experience, Wallstreet Connections to fix my Homeland I grew up and live in !

I graduauated from University of Southern Maine in Portland with a Business BS after a few years at UMaine Presque Isle 1st. I've worked for Big Wallstreet firms Fidelity Investments, Allmerica Financial, Fleet Bank and AIG and have managed 100s Millions of Financial Assets for Big Wallstreet Broker/Dealers Clients for 20 years from Maine Boston, New York and Washington DC successfully. Have been running a Medicare Business mostly for Anthem Blue Cross for the past 10 years, been in 5000 houses in the State of Maine in the past 10 years as a Medicare Specialist-have been Anthem Broker of the Year several times. Maine has a $15 Billion Dollar Budget (Making it a $15 Billion Dollar Corporation) needs Competent Management. A Maine Wallsteet Governor who cares !

Being from Maine I have lived in the Major 4 hubs- Presque Isle(born and raised) Bangor- Waterville/Augusta(My Son's PAPA/MAMA) ran 7 businesses there 2 Big Ball Bowling Centers and 5 restaurants with his Brother Richard and Ron Ouellette for 25 years - Portland Lived over 10 years in the 4 major Hubs of Maine, and spent 15 years living in Nashua, NH with my son and his mother where I worked in Boston before coming back to Maine to Manage a Book of Financial Retirement Assets for 3000 individual Clients for Government Employees $60 Million dollar Book for Teachers, State Workers, Principals, Superintendants, Judges, District Attornys,

County Commissioners, Sheriffs, ETC. for many years, full comphehensive financial planning.The Experience and Background my entire life has prepared me to become a successful Governor of this State of Maine to Lead us out of kind of long depression that we have been in Compared to the 1970s-80s and 90s. My Sports background prepared me to develop the discipline to work hard to become a champion athlete and Team work to win Eastern Maine Championships and State Championship Runner up Titles against Cheverus in My High School Days. Winning on Bangor Auditorium Floor too in front of 12,000 people to play under pressure beat the Husson College College Dream Team #3 in the Country (USA Div.3) and be named MVP against them in a College Basketball tournnament at UMaine Presque Isle Campus- Ive beat 30 guys in Maine Baskeball Hall FameBack last Message-I allowed me to meet thousands of Successful people in Maine through out my life. Its like I've been Campaigning for Governor my Whole life and didn't even realize it and to be able to work with people in Maine on a Professional level in a level of expertise and trust in the Financial, Insurance, Estate Planning and Medicare that helps people with their financial goals for the past 30 years in all of the major areas in this big State of Maine-allows me to understand the areas of this State-because they are different. I have a Masters Degree in Business from Northeastern/Harvard

University in Boston and all the Wallstreet and Insurances as well for 3 decades and am trained to run a multi-billion dollar corporation.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Which is What Maine needs- A Governor who understands how to run a Billion Dollar Corporation successfully- Which is what Maine is- It has a $15 Billion Dollar Budget Annually to Balance. We need those revenues to go up- where does that come from ? Income taxes (But at a reasonable level) from businesses expanding or new business coming to Maine. New Economic Growth Policies ! Like Trump Federalizing Weed, Like Maine Did 10 years ago and LAVETO wouldn't set up the State Agency-COST US a BILLION IN TAX REVENUE FOR 4 YEARS-WENT BY POTATOES AFTER GOVERNOR CAMPAIGNED ON IT IN 3 YEARS at $500 MIllion now-it doesn't pollute the environment like potato/chemicals and paper mills either. I will personally hire 40-50,000 LORING AFB

Just People I personally Know, They are waiting for me to get Donny Jr to offer me PAC to Become the 1st WALLSTREET TRUMP GOVERNOR from his 2nd District he has won 3 times-No President in United States History won this District ! Trump Country- I've gone to every town for Medicare visits in peoples homes last 10 years- I KNOW- SIGNS THE SIZE OF BIG BARNS- I SEE THEM- PEOPLE WANT THIS STATE TO BE GREAT AGAIN  !! SO DO I  !! WHY I AM RUNNING FOR GOVERNOR  !! JUST REMEMBER - I AM A MEDICARE SPECIALIST- HELP MEDICAID-MAINE CARE TOO I HELP PEOPLE GET THEIR BENEFITS- I WILL NOT SUPPORT CUTTING THEM  !! GOVERNOR LAVETO-LAPAGE PUSHED 100,000 PEOPLE OFF MAINE CARE WITH HIS SHANANIGANS- I HELP EVERYONE GETTEM BACK
