Pradel Vilme was born in Florida. He received a bachelor's degree from Florida International University in 1993 and a graduate degree from Phoenix University in 2008. Vilme's professional experience includes being a real estate investor. He has been affiliated with Social Harmany Corporation, Ledar Cultural Center, and North Miami Beach Community Redevelopment Agency.[1]

Pradel Vilme, an Accountant by profession, a Certified Public Leader, an Entrepreneur, a Political Activist, a Philanthropist at proportion, a Business Financial Consultant, a Real Estate Broker and Business Owner. All of these titles and credentials are combined to create his values. He has devoted his life to help others fulfilling their better selves. He understands and comprehends the socio-cultural differences across the ethnic lines. He is passionate about finding solution to improving relations and creating pathway to peace and better understanding among ethnic groups within society and communities. He is always eager to learn more to better prepare himself to serve others.

36 years in the making, preparing himself for this moment, he is a retired person ready to serve you. He is a member of a family of six persons: him, his wife Immacula and four children, Harold, Wolfson, Valery and Jason, and seven grand-children. All his children are independent professional and have a family of their own.

DISTRICT 20 REFLECTS A VERY RICH CULTURAL DIVERSITY IN ITS GLOBAL ARCHITECTURAL POPULATION, PROMOTING CULTURAL VALUES THROUGH NORMAL LEADERSHIP WILL ENERGIZE THE CONSTITUANTS TO WORK TOGETHER TO CREATE A SYNERGICAL ENVIRONMENT WHICH WOULD ALLOW THEM TO REALIZE PHENOMENAL THINGS IN CREATING WEALTH IN A HEALTHY AND FRIENDLY ATSMOPHERE.

WE WILL SUPPORT AND/OR COME UP WITH POLICY THAT WILL VALUE ALL CULTURAL DIVERSITY, HEALTH AND FINANCIAL WELL BEING FOR THE CONSTITUENTS. WE ARE VERY PASSIONATE WITH PUBLIC POLICY THAT WILL CREATE A FOUNDATION OF VALUES FOR EVERYONE THROUGH THEIR VARIETY OF ETHNIC SOCIAL GROUPS OF THE DISTRICT. THAT IS OUR MISSION

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

BE A TRUE LEADER FOR YOUR CONSTITUENTS, NOT ONLY A FORMAL LEADER BEING AN ELECTED OFFICIAL, BUT TO BE ALSO AN INFORMAL LEADER LEADING THE CONSTITUENT TO MAKE BETTER DECISION ON THEIR OWN FOR THE GREATER GOOD.

BEING AN ELECTED OFFICIAL, YOU ARE GIVING ALL THE TOOLS AN AUTHORITY TO PLAY A FORMAL LEADERSHIP ROLE, WHEREAS, THE IMFORMAL LEADER MAY HAVE TO START PLAYING THE LEADERSHIP ROLE WITH HIS/HER OWN RESSOURCES, ABILITY AND CAPABILITY WITH NO GIVEN AUTHORITY.

What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?

AS A CERTIFIED PUBLIC LEADER I HAVE DONE AND ACCOMPLISHED ALONE MANY THINGS IN MY PRIVATE LIVE. ON A PUBLIC TENURE, BEING IN CONGRESS, I WILL BE A FORMAL AND INFORMAL LEADER FOR THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE IN DISTRICT 20 TO AN EQUITABLE AND SYNERGICAL ENVIRONMENT WITH UNITY IN DIVERSITY.

What was your very first job? How long did you have it?

MY VERY FIRST JOB WAS ACCOUNTANT, IN THE BANK OF AGRICULTURAL AND FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT. I SPENT EIGHT YEARS THERE AS A FINANCIAL ANALYSIS DOING AUDIT NATIONALLY FOR THE BANK.

What is your favorite book? Why?

HOW TO MAKE FRIEND by ANDREW CARNEGIE. THIS BOOK HAS GIVEN ME, AT THE EARLY AGE, THE ABILITY TO CHOOSE MY FRIENDS FOR THE ORIENTATION THAT I WANTED TO HAVE IN MY LIFE.

What qualities does the U.S. House of Representatives possess that makes it unique as an institution?

THE U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE IS THE PLACE WHERE POLICIES ARE BEING CREATED TO BRING CHANGE EVERYWHERE.

Do you believe that two years is the right term length for representatives?

WE MUST HAVE RESPECT FOR THE CONSTITUTION.

Both sitting representatives and candidates for office hear many personal stories from the residents of their district. Is there a story that you’ve heard that you found particularly touching, memorable, or impactful?

SOCIAL AND FINANCIAL INEQUITIES IN THE GERRYMANDERING DISTRICT 20 ARE THE MAIN CONCERNS OF MOST OF THE CONSTITUENTS IN THE DISTRICT WITH THE MOST FOREIGN BORN CITIZENS. THE CONSTITUENTS BLOGGED ABOUT THAT CONSTANTLY. THAT IS VERY IMPACTFUL LIVING AND EXPERIENCING THAT FACT. THEY KNOW THAT HELP IS COMMING WITH ME IN CONGRESS.
