In their own words
Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
I'm a longtime Essex resident who has called Vermont home since 2003. I'm a dedicated wife, mother, educator and community servant. My professional life has centered around nurturing young learners and supporting families. I was born into a military family and having moved 14 times during my childhood, I have a deep appreciation for stability, resilience, and the importance of strong community roots. As a community servant, over the course of my lifetime I've had the privilege to serve neighbors from all walks of life. From mentoring young children in public schools to providing care and companionship to the elderly. These experiences have deepened my commitment to my community. I decided to run for the Vermont House because over the years, I have watched hardworking families face increasing financial pressures. The rising cost of living, higher property taxes, growing state spending, and burdensome regulations have made it more difficult for many Vermonters to achieve financial security and plan for the future. I believe our state can do better. If elected, I will work to bring balance, fiscal discipline, and practical solutions to the Vermont House. I believe government should be accountable to taxpayers, support economic opportunity, and create an environment where families, businesses and communities can thrive. I hope to help build a more prosperous future while ensuring Vermont remains a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family.
