The extreme base of the Democratic party and the policies of the Biden Administration are wrecking an economy that was roaring in years past. Their runaway spending, out-of-control inflation, crippling grocery prices, and high taxes are ruining the lives of hardworking Americans. We need a leader who knows what it’s like to sign the front of a paycheck; a business owner who employs over 50 people and knows how to stick to a budget. Pat will fight to curb inflation, cut wasteful spending, decrease taxes, and lower energy prices.

Energy

America’s energy problem is an economic crisis and a matter of national security. We must act now to become energy independent. We can no longer afford to buy oil and other resources from our enemies. We need an all-of-the-above approach to energy that aggressively puts America on the fast-track to independence. That includes domestic oil exploration, pipeline construction, fracking, nuclear energy development, solar, wind, coal, and all other forms of energy that America has proven we can produce cleanly, safely, efficiently and effectively.

National Security

President Biden’s Afghanistan disaster was criminally incompetent. Here is the simple truth: When America fails to lead the world burns. The weakness that America has displayed not only creates opportunities for international conflict, but it presents serious national security threats here at home. As a Green Beret combat Veteran, Pat knows firsthand the dangers that we face inside and outside of our borders. We must reinvest in our military, and give our soldiers the tools and support they need to do their jobs. And we must reestablish America as the world’s leading superpower.

Immigration

Right now, under President Joe Biden, we don’t have a border. And if we don’t have a border, we don’t have a country. Open borders are a direct threat to our national security. From gang violence to sex trafficking and drug smuggling to terrorism, the open border policy of the Biden Administration threatens all of us. We also owe it to our Border Patrol agents to provide them with every necessary resource. Only then can they defend themselves, truly secure our frontlines, and ensure our national security. It’s imperative that we secure our border– immediately – and enforce Federal law.

2nd Amendment

Firearms are a valuable part of our identity as Americans. From firearms, we derive our ability to hunt, defend ourselves and our families, and secure our freedoms. As a Special Forces combat Veteran and owner of one of the fastest-growing manufacturers of firearms and firearm components in the country, Pat is keenly aware of the importance of the 2nd Amendment and what it means to us as Americans. He will always fight to protect our right to keep and bear arms, believes in the fundamental right of Constitutional carry, and rejects any attempt to impose red flags on those exercising their Second Amendment rights.

Election Integrtiy

When we vote as residents of North Carolina, we should have to show identification and confirm our identities in a meaningful way. As the right to vote is one of the most sacred foundational responsibilities of our citizenry, we must endeavor that the result be secure and trusted—or we will have lost our country. We must pass election laws that make it easier to vote, and harder to cheat, and that push power down to the local and state levels.

Cultural Integrity

Pat sees conservative values as the bedrock of our nation. To uphold these ideals, he fights to protect the unborn, stands firm with parental rights, defends women’s sports, and safeguards religious freedom.

Crime

The first and primary mission of the US government is to keep our citizens safe and secure. Joe Biden and the radical left are abandoning that most noble calling in favor of caving to the woke mob that supports them. As a Green Beret, I’m trained to keep our people safe and that’s what we should be doing now. We need to crack down on violent crime, get drug traffickers and gangs off the streets, enforce immigration laws, and put fear back in the minds of criminals. And we need to stand up to politicians who want to bring casinos and gambling to our neighborhoods, which will create more crime than jobs.[3]

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

Pat Harrigan is an owner of ZRODelta, UnBrandedAR, US Optics, and several other firearms industry companies. He is a 2009 West Point graduate with a degree in Nuclear Engineering, and culminated his time in service as a Detachment Commander in the Special Forces (Green Berets), serving over 18 months in combat. Pat is an accomplished entrepreneur, inventor, and writer, and is an expert in firearms design, manufacturing, and global industry regulatory matters.

In early 2015 while still on active duty, Pat and his wife Rocky started a firearm parts supply company from their double-wide trailer home. Pat and his partners now operate a 120,000 square foot facility complex situated on 76 acres in North Carolina. It is the only facility in the United States where firearms parts, complete firearms, mounting solutions, optics, and ammunition are all manufactured under one roof. He and his wife Rocky attend Church regularly and have two beautiful daughters.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I'm passionate about ending inflation and getting our economy back on track. That includes an aggressive approach to an all-of-the-above energy strategy that makes America energy independent.

My background as a combat veteran Green Beret gives me a unique perspective on the importance of national security, especially as it relates to the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, the weakness on display in the face of Russian aggression, and other conflicts across the world. When America fails to lead, the world burns.

I'm also passionate about securing the border, dealing with our illegal immigration problem, protecting the 2nd Amendment, and election integrity.
