Norman Ramsay is a lifelong Brooklyn resident, community advocate, and small business owner who believes that every person deserves a second chance and every neighborhood deserves strong leadership. Through years of community service, mentorship, and grassroots organizing, Ramsay has dedicated himself to helping residents overcome challenges and build better futures for themselves and their families.

As Executive Director of BK5860, Inc. and a longtime community leader, he has worked to connect residents with resources, support youth development, assist seniors, promote public safety, and create opportunities for economic growth. His journey reflects perseverance, personal growth, and a commitment to turning life experiences into positive action for others.

Today, Ramsay is focused on bringing practical solutions, accountability, and community-driven leadership to the 60th Assembly District. His mission is simple: protect families, support seniors, create opportunities for young people, and ensure that East New York, Brownsville, and Canarsie receive the attention and investment they deserve.
