Background

Rafferty earned his B.A. in English and political science at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2010. Prior to this, Rafferty served as a corporal in the United States Marine Corps. After graduation, he served with Birmingham Aquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) Outreach (BAO) in a variety of roles. In addition, he served as a membership services representative with MedjetAssist.[1]
