Campaign website

Brooks' campaign website stated the following:

Natisha "Our Miss" Brooks is humbly asking for your Support and Vote to represent her as the Mayor of Nashville, Tennessee.

With the current climate of events that has taken place in our city, it is imperative that you send a qualified person that will not only unite us, but represent Nashville residents no matter the party affiliation.

Yes, She considers herself as "Conservative, Collaborative & Committed" - however, She is willing to listen and address troubling issues across our city that divide us.

Currently, these are the issues that she will fight for you to try to maintain a resolution to civility of our city:

Because She has owned and operated a Homeschool Academy - She will fight for parents to respectfully choose their child’s path to a great education. Whether, parents/guardians choose to Home School, Private School, Charter School or Public School - “Natisha” believes Education is a top priority for our community and is willing to work diligently with the Metro Davidson County School Board. Many students learn in different ways; therefore, it’s important to respect “parent’s choice” for their child’s education. Our youth are our future.

She would like to see families who choose to Adopt/Foster needy children - receive additional assistance and monthly stipends from the State to help aid their finances in the first years of adoption. Also, she would like to see additional aide to Foster Care/Adoption Agencies to help new families with financial support. With that being said, the issues with DCS will have to be cleared within the agency. All of these children are ours in Nashville. We must take care of our children.

“Natisha” wants to seriously address the transportation issues in Nashville. “Potholes” are a MUST to fix on our city roads and streets. Further, she would like to revisit the possibility of Amtrak returning to Nashville.

“Natisha” is a staunch supporter of the Police. She is 100 percent for our Police Force and 100 Percent for "Police Reform”.

Moreover, gentrification in Nashville MUST be addressed in our metropolitan Nashville Area. Nashville residents should feel secured that our city will always be their home! They should NEVER feel homeless!

Finally, she believes there must be a conversation about mental health. There are lots of conversations about health care, but limited talk about "mental health”. Currently, Nashville is in need of more non profit agencies to facilitate mental health issues.

These are just a few of the issues that “Natisha” would like to help serve as the next Mayor of Nashville, Tennessee.

She is here to Represent you and your Concerns.

“Natisha 4 Nashville” - MAYOR!!!
