I love America and I love the Central Valley. The Central Valley community is all about faith, hard work, common sense, respect for people, and commitment to building a better future for future generations.

Stop Anti-American Indoctrination

Our kids deserve the best education in the world. School choice is more important than ever, especially considering the recent government imposed school shutdowns. If and when government schools get distracted by unproven, trendy ideological fads, parents need other options, including public charter schools. We need to make sure our schools have all the resources they need. The rising generation needs the skills required to compete in a world of emerging technologies, and those skills must be built on a love and respect for American history.

Support for Veterans

Veterans represent the best of America. Thanks to their courage, we are free. When they return home, their leadership strengthens our society and inspires future generations. Unfortunately, our government has failed to provide those veterans in need of help the support they deserve. It’s unacceptable the the VA hospital in the Central Valley ranks among the worst in the United States. I will fight to make the government live up to its obligations to our veterans.

Religious Freedom

America has always been a leader in protecting religious freedom. As James Madison said, “It is the duty of every man to render to the Creator such homage and such only as he believes to be acceptable to him.” Government exists primarily to protect fundamental rights, especially the right to free exercise of religion. Strong churches and religious communities are a crucial part of a healthy
