In their own words

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I’m a lifelong NH resident, a former union carpenter and currently a retired veteran, having served in the US Navy and US Army for nearly 24 years. I am a 20 year resident of Alton NH. I’m a proud parent of 1 dog and 2 cats.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

I swore an oath to this country many years ago and I am greatly concerned about the dismantling of our democracy. We are a nation of laws and we need to hold our elected officials accountable and to a much higher standard. I will show up and serve the people of my community, not special interests or political parties.Property taxes are a huge burden to all residents of NH. The current and past governor have downshifted costs to local towns and cities which has increased property taxes for every homeowner. They’ve given tax breaks to the wealthy and corporations at our expense. We need to stop this!We need to fully fund our public schools. This is a hot button issue and we need to hold the state accountable to fully fund our schools. We need to have accountability and transparency for the Education Freedom Accounts to ensure our future generations of kids are getting the education they need to thrive in this ever changing world.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I am passionate about our environment. We need healthy trees, open spaces, wildlife, clean water and healthy soil to grow food and farm.

I am very excited about renewable energy solutions.
