Ms. SMALLEY has remained the CEO of Phyllis Wheatley Inc. a nonprofit organization that deals with the California homeless and displaced Ms. SMALLEY is also the CEO of American security and Janice Elizabeth’s soul Food kitchen in Oceanside Ms. SMALLEY is a local blues vocalist a skilled hospice nurse a mother of 4 and a grandmother of 11 Ms. SMALLEY has dedicated the past 20 years being a voice and a advocate in the democratic political arena
