In their own words

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

My family has been connected to this town for over 200 years and six generations. I've lived in many places but came back to my family home. As an entrepreneur with an MBA, I've run small businesses and lighting showrooms and owned a custom cabinetry showroom. Today, I'm a Realtor on the Ossipee Economic Development Council, and I work on my own time to secure private funding for town improvements without taxpayer dollars.

Working in real estate, I've seen how skyrocketing home prices drive up property taxes and shift unfair costs onto working families and folks on fixed incomes. I'm running because state government no longer works for regular people. Too often, decisions benefit well-connected insiders while everyday folks foot the bill. I want to bring clear facts, real results, and common sense to Concord.

My priority is lowering property taxes by capping assessment increases for longtime homeowners, updating senior tax breaks to match today's living costs, and fixing home valuation formulas. I will hold the state accountable for its share of education costs, reversing the burden created by cuts to business and investment taxes. I will work to ensure schools receive full state funding with financial transparency, expand career and technical training, and support hardworking teachers.

I will bring state resources home to restore Cleveland Beach, repair Mill Pond, and improve access to Ossipee Lake so families can enjoy our waters again.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

I am running to lower property taxes in Ossipee and keep long-term residents from being priced out of their homes. As a realtor, I see how high home sales drive up taxes for everyone, while two-thirds of your local tax bill goes to schools because the state fails to pay its share. I will work to cap tax increases for longtime homeowners, update senior tax breaks to match today's living costs, and fix the way homes are valued. I will fight to lower your tax bills by holding the state accountable for its share of education costs, reversing the burden created by statewide cuts to business and investment taxes. I firmly oppose new sales or income taxes, focusing on protecting working families and seniors while keeping services strong. Our public schools are the heart of New Hampshire, and I am committed to funding them fairly without piling extra costs onto local property taxpayers. Right now, state school choice programs get tax dollars with very little oversight, leaving our local public schools, where most of our kids go, to rely on property taxes to make up the difference. I will fight for transparency and accountability so towns aren't left covering the gap. Every student deserves a strong path forward, so I will expand career and technical education alongside traditional college prep. Plus, our teachers and staff deserve fair pay and job security. Taxpayers deserve the truth about where their money goes, and our kids deserve a great education at a fair price.Ossipee's lakes and ponds are why so many of us live here, but local families have few places to actually enjoy them. Cleveland Beach faces water quality issues, Mill Pond sits drained, and Ossipee Lake has no public beach, just one crowded boat ramp. I will bring state resources home to restore Cleveland Beach, repair and refill Mill Pond, and improve access to Ossipee Lake. By introducing non-resident parking fees at the Pine River ramp, we can ensure our residents come first. I will also partner with landowners through voluntary programs to protect water quality without dictating private property rights. Our lakes built this community, and it is time our families get to enjoy them again.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

As a realtor, I am running to lower property taxes in Ossipee and protect local families. I will cap tax increases for longtime homeowners, update senior and veteran tax breaks, and fix unfair home valuations. Because school costs make up two-thirds of local tax bills, I will fight to lower your tax burden by holding the state accountable for its share of education costs, reversing the burden created by statewide cuts to business and investment taxes. I will ensure our public schools receive full state support with total financial transparency. Finally, I will bring state resources home to restore Cleveland Beach, repair Mill Pond, and improve access to Ossipee Lake so local families can enjoy our waters.
