Mike Schatz graduated from New England High School. Schatz earned a B.S. from Minot State University in 1976. His career experience includes working as a farmer/rancher, a teacher, and a coach. Schatz served as the vice president of the Education Standards & Practices Board and the president of the New England Park Board.[1][2]
