Michael Turner

Turner was born in Dayton, Ohio and graduated from Belmont High School. He earned his bachelor's degree from Ohio Northern University, law degree from Case Western Reserve University, master's in business administration from the University of Dayton, and his doctorate from Georgetown University. He was a lawyer and served as the mayor of Dayton.[1]
