Campaign websiteBeebe's campaign website stated the following:Micah's Priorities for MissouriBold conservative solutions for Missouri's families, farmers, and future.Top Priority Economic Relief & Fiscal SanityProtect your paycheckWashington’s reckless spending drove the inflation that crushed Missouri families. The One Big Beautiful Bill delivered historic tax relief for workers and retirees — but Washington’s appetite for your money never stops. I will use every vote, every committee seat, and every tool available to keep more money in your pocket and government out of your way.Vote no on every tax increase — I will not vote for any bill that raises taxes on Missouri workers, small businesses, or family farms, periodFight reckless spending at the committee level — uncontrolled federal spending caused this inflation; I will vote against every bloated package that mortgages our children’s futureCut the red tape killing Missouri small businesses — I will co-sponsor and vote for legislation that rolls back the regulations driving up your costsPush for American energy dominance — cheaper energy means lower prices at the pump, lower utility bills, and lower costs for every Missouri businessChampion the 20% small business deduction — I will oppose any effort to weaken or repeal itNo tax on tips, no tax on overtime — these wins for Missouri workers are now law; I will fight every attempt to roll them backHealthcare & Rural AccessYour doctor, your choice — not Washington’sThe One Big Beautiful Bill created the Rural Health Transformation Program — $10 billion per year to help states keep rural hospitals open and expand healthcare access in communities like ours. Medicare was protected. I will defend these wins, expand telemedicine, and fight every attempt to put government bureaucrats between Missouri patients and their doctors.Defend the Rural Health Transformation Program — rural Missouri hospitals must stay open; I will fight against any effort to cut itCo-sponsor legislation to make telehealth permanent — Medicare telehealth flexibilities expire again in December 2027; rural Missourians cannot keep living under the threat of losing their virtual doctor visits every time Washington fails to pass a budget; I will co-sponsor the Telehealth Coverage Act and fight to make these services permanently available to every patient in this districtProtect Medicare for seniors — it was protected in the One Big Beautiful Bill and I will oppose any cut or restructuring that reduces earned benefitsProtect Missouri taxpayers from Medicaid fraud — support the CRUSH anti-fraud initiative, demand work requirements for able-bodied adults, and ensure every Medicaid dollar goes to Missourians who genuinely need itLower prescription drug costs through market competition and transparency — not government price controls that stifle innovationOppose socialized medicine and any attempt to eliminate private insuranceBorder Security & National SovereigntyThe invasion is over — keep it that wayPresident Trump delivered what Washington said was impossible — the most secure border in American history. Illegal crossings are at the lowest levels in over three decades, running nearly 97% below the Biden administration’s peak. That historic record must be protected, expanded, and made permanent — and I will fight every single day to make sure it is.Vote to fully fund border wall construction — the One Big Beautiful Bill allocated $46.5 billion to finish the wall; I will vote against any budget measure that claws back a single dollarHold the line on zero-tolerance enforcement — I will oppose any legislation that weakens deportation authority, restores catch-and-release, or limits ICE’s ability to do its jobCut off the fentanyl pipeline at its source — I will co-sponsor legislation that treats cartel trafficking as the national security threat it isStand with Hawley to keep China off Missouri soil — I will carry the Protecting Our Farms and Homes from China Act in the HouseKeep ICE fully funded and fully empowered — criminals and violent offenders have no place in Missouri’s communitiesPublic Safety & Second Amendment RightsBack the badge. Protect the innocent.Kansas City has one of the highest homicide rates among major American cities. Emanuel Cleaver has represented this community for over 20 years, and that is his record. I will back law enforcement without apology, demand real consequences for violent offenders, and never cast a single vote to restrict your constitutional right to keep and bear arms.Full support for law enforcement — funding, recruitment, retention, and the resources officers need to come home safeMandatory consequences for violent and repeat offenders — I will vote for sentencing measures that end the revolving door of repeat offensesDefend the Second Amendment in every vote — I will never cast a vote to restrict law-abiding Missourians’ right to keep and bear armsNRA Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) Rated AQ — the highest rating available to a non-elected candidate, reflecting a proven commitment to the Second AmendmentOppose any federal policy that releases violent offenders early, weakens bail standards, or prioritizes criminals over community safetyFight for the resources our officers deserve — recruitment, retention bonuses, and training so Missouri departments can hire and keep the bestAgriculture & Rural MissouriDelivering for the farmers who feed AmericaThe One Big Beautiful Bill was a landmark victory for Missouri’s farm families — $65.6 billion in new agricultural investment, commodity reference prices raised 10–21%, and core farm programs extended through 2031. My job in Washington is to defend it, build on it, and make sure every rural county from Cass to Cole gets what was promised.Defend and fully implement the enhanced farm safety net secured in the One Big Beautiful BillStop EPA overreach on water, land, and agricultural operationsStand with Hawley to keep China off Missouri soil — carry the Protecting Our Farms and Homes from China Act in the HouseProtect the Section 45Z biofuel and ethanol credit extended through 2030Fight to bring high-speed broadband to every rural corner of this districtFight for Missouri’s fair share of every federal infrastructure and rural development dollarFaith, Family & Parental RightsParents decide — not bureaucratsMissouri’s families built this district on faith, hard work, and the conviction that parents — not government — raise children. I will stand for those values without apology in every vote I cast in Washington.Defend parental rights in education — co-sponsor and vote for federal legislation requiring curriculum transparency and giving parents legal standing to objectEmpower parents with real accountability — parents should know what is being taught, be heard, and have meaningful options when a school fails their childI am unequivocally pro-life — I believe life begins at conception and I will fight to protect the unborn at every opportunity. I support the Dobbs decision and believe the question of protecting innocent life belongs with the people and their elected representatives, not unelected judgesI stand with Israel — Israel is America’s most steadfast ally in the Middle East and has the sovereign right to defend itself against those who seek its destruction. I will oppose any effort to cut military aid to Israel, stand against antisemitism in all its forms, and support Israel’s right to determine its own path to peace and securityGuarantee religious freedom for every business, church, and individual — I will vote against any measure that compels Americans to violate their sincerely held beliefsOppose any federal funding of gender transition procedures for minors— Micah Beebe's campaign website (July 20, 2026)Note: This text is quoted verbatim from the original source. The following issues were listed on Beebe's campaign website. For a full list of campaign themes, click here.
The Economy: We live in a truly amazing country. The entrepreneurial spirit of this great nation is just unbelievable. It is the private sector that creates jobs, not the government. It is the private sector that brings innovation, not the government. It is time the government got out of the way of the people, and allowed them to do what they do best!
Tax Reform: The tax system is long overdue for a major overhaul. What the American people need is a flat tax system so there are no surprises, no loopholes, and a level playing field for all. Every American should have to pay the same tax percentage rate as their neighbors, managers, and CEO's.
Border Security & Sanctuary Cities: It is quite obvious to every American that our immigration system is broken. There are a series of steps that have to be taken to get this issue under control.
Gun Violence & Mental Health: The second amendment affords every American the right to keep and bear arms. This right can never be taken away. On a regular basis, we see mass shooting after mass shooting. This is a terrible tragedy. For the left to continually blame the problem of violence and mass shootings on guns and gun manufacturers, just shows that they do not understand the real issues we are facing.
