In their own words
Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
I’m running for the Ohio House because I believe public office should be about service. I served in the United States Marine Corps, where I learned what it means to be accountable and to put others before yourself.
Today, I work in risk management, where my job is to identify problems and make decisions based on real-world outcomes. That’s how I will approach policy practical, focused, and grounded in reality.
I’m running because too often, decisions are made without really considering how they affect working families and local communities. I want to be a representative who listens, shows up, and focuses on solving problems that actually matter to the people here.
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
1. Getting politics back to serving the people.
I believe government should reflect the people it represents. Too often, decisions are made without really listening to the communities they affect. I want to change that by focusing on what people in this district actually need, not political pressure or outside interests. Representation should mean something again, and that starts with showing up, listening, and being accountable to the people you serve.2. Restoring integrity and accountability.
Public office should be about doing the job the right way. That means being honest, making responsible decisions, and being accountable to the people you represent. I think people are tired of politics that feel disconnected from real life. My goal is to approach every decision with transparency and a clear sense of responsibility to the community.3. Delivering real results.
At the end of the day, this is about outcomes. I want people in this district to see real improvements in their day-to-day lives, whether that’s stronger schools, better infrastructure, or policies that actually make life more affordable. If we’re asking people to trust us and invest in their government, they should see a real return in the quality of their communities.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
I’m most passionate about the issues people deal with every day. Things like affordability, healthcare, education, and protecting our environment. Right now, a lot of families are feeling the pressure of rising costs, and I think government should be focused on making life a little more stable and manageable.
I also care a lot about accountability. People deserve to trust their government, and that means being honest, reducing corruption, and making decisions that are actually in the public’s best interest. Whether we’re talking about issues here at home or how we handle things abroad.
What organizations or individuals have endorsed your campaign?
I am actively building relationships with community organizations, labor groups, and local leaders across the district. While formal endorsements are still in progress, I’ve been encouraged by the strong support and engagement we’ve received so far.
