Background
Sheehan obtained a bachelor's degree in economics from Tufts University and a law degree from Duquesne University. He was a clerk in the federal court in Pittsburgh. He also worked for the U.S. Attorney's Office. Sheehan was a candidate for District 3 of the West Virginia House of Delegates in 1998.[1]
