Mark Schreiber, as of February 2020, lived in Emporia, Kansas. He earned a degree from Emporia State University. Schreiber’s career experience includes working with KG&E, Westar Energy, and as an operator of Cradle to Career Literacy Center. He has volunteered with "United Way of the Flint Hills, Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce, Emporia-Lyon County Area Metropolitan Planning Commission, SOS, Emporia Community Foundation, Leadership Emporia, and the Kansas Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence."[1]
