Reinschmidt (Republican Party) is running for re-election to the Montana House of Representatives to represent District 75. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 3, 2026. He advanced from the Republican primary on June 2, 2026.

The Jefferson County Commissioners appointed Reinschmidt to the Montana House of Representatives District 75 on July 22, 2025 to replace Marta Bertoglio (R).[1]
