Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
Mark Lynch is a native South Carolinian, businessman, and conservative outsider running for the United States Senate to put South Carolina and America First. As president of Jeff Lynch Appliance Center, Mark helped grow a family business, create jobs, meet payroll, and serve his community with the kind of real-world accountability Washington is missing.
Mark is a man of faith, a husband, father, grandfather, and longtime community leader who believes public service should be about protecting the people, not preserving a political career. For decades, he has counseled and ministered to people in recovery, helping thousands find hope, discipline, and a better path forward.
Mark is running to secure the border, defend the Constitution, protect Social Security and Medicare for American seniors, stop reckless spending, end endless foreign entanglements, and restore conservative leadership that actually delivers. South Carolina deserves a senator who answers to the people, not the Washington establishment.
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
Mark Lynch will put America First in everything he does. That means building an economy that rewards American workers, protects American jobs, strengthens American manufacturing, and puts our own citizens ahead of foreign interests. Mark believes Washington should support innovation, small businesses, families, and communities instead of growing bureaucracy, debt, and dependence. His priority will always be simple: America first, South Carolina first, and working families first.Mark Lynch will fight to make South Carolina great again by focusing on the issues that actually affect families every day: better schools, stronger infrastructure, safer communities, good-paying jobs, and more opportunity for the next generation. As a businessman, Mark understands that prosperity is built through discipline, accountability, and common sense. He will fight for policies that help South Carolina families, farmers, workers, students, and small businesses thrive.Mark Lynch will stand for law and order, secure the border, and protect our country from enemies foreign and domestic. He believes a nation that cannot control its borders cannot protect its people, its workers, or its future. Mark will fight to end illegal immigration, stop sanctuary policies, support law enforcement, and shut down visa programs that displace American workers or threaten national security. He will defend the Constitution, restore sovereignty, and put the safety of South Carolina families first.

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
A resident of Spartanburg County, Mark Lynch and Sarah, his wife of 32 years, have lived, worked, and worshiped in the Upstate all their lives. They raised their son and daughter here. Mark attended Wade Hampton High School and the University of South Carolina. After college, Mark went straight to work at Jeff Lynch Appliances, a small retail business started by his father.
At age 25, Mark formed a buy-sell agreement to buy the business. Through a lot of hard work and careful planning, Mark has been able to grow that one small store with a couple of employees into a multi-million dollar business, employing over a hundred people, and competing with major national chain "big-box" stores.
But it was not easy. Over the last 36 years the business has faced many challenges, but it has been successful because Mark and his leadership team have paid close attention to meeting their customers' needs and keeping a careful eye on the bottom line which helped the business not only survive but also thrive even during the economic crisis of 2008. More importantly, Mark credits his success to realizing at an early age that God is the owner of all things and the importance of trusting all things to Him.
The Lynches are active members of Fellowship Greenville (formerly Southside Baptist) and he and Sarah are actively involved in crisis recovery ministries, as well as missionary efforts right here in our community and around the glob
