Manuel Asensio attended Boca Raton High School and graduated from Bishop Ford Central Catholic High School. He earned a bachelor's degree from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School in 1977. He earned a graduate degree from Harvard Business School in 1982. His career experience includes working as an investment manager.[1][2]

I prevailed in litigation over the Republican National Committee's control over the Republican Party's policy of limiting the regulation of federal judges to merely the appointment and confirmation of federal judges and failure to enforce constitutional and statutory limits and disciplining process.

TRUMP'S LAWYERS HAVE BETRAYED HIM, THE CONSTITUTION, AND THE NATION.

Asensio has the authority, standing, and public-record basis to correct what Trump’s lawyers failed to correct, what Congress failed to regulate, and what the federal judiciary has been allowed to perpetuate: propaganda campaigns from the bench, false historical constitutional narratives, and judicial misconduct masquerading as constitutional interpretation.

EDUCATED AMERICAN CITIZENS KNOW THE TRUTH. THEY CONTROL, RESTRAIN, AND DISCIPLINE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. THEY HOLD THEIR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABLE. THEY HOLD THEIR RESPRESENTATIVES IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBLE.The First Order of Business for any member of House of Representative is know how the structure of the federal government is working and the laws that govern that structure to protect the American people and their property from government overeach. Congress failure in truthfully dilgently preforming this first duty is responsible for the unrest and lack of civility in our society.Randy Fine must be held to account because has no working knowledge of the federal government’s enforcement structure, the Federal Judicial Center, the Judicial Conference of the United States, or the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. These institutions are not abstractions. The Federal Judicial Center was created by Congress and is governed by a board chaired by the Chief Justice of the United States, with members connected to the Judicial Conference and the Administrative Office. The Administrative Office provides administrative, legal, financial, technology, management, and program support to the federal courts.

Knowledge of American Constitutional History Law and its control over the structure and function of the federal government.

An indentifiable Goal. Leadership Based Knowledge, Intergrity, and Honesty.

To expose and get under control the federal government structures that are deliberately

What was your very first job? How long did you have it?

Bag boy at grocery store, ice Cream Parlor customer service, car hop, automotive mechanic, and construction labor before college graduation.

What is something that has been a struggle in your life?

Prosecuting the nation's first criminal indifference to civil rights case against the federal government's structure that regulates American Religious and Political beliefs outside of constitutional bounds.

What qualities does the U.S. House of Representatives possess that makes it unique as an institution?

2 year terms. A representative should have a single achievable purpose and reasoning for seeking a seat in Congress.

What do you perceive to be the United States' greatest challenges as a nation over the next decade?

Maintaining Constitutional Order to protect the Americans family and individual liberty.

Do you believe that compromise is necessary or desirable for policymaking?

Not when the issue is law created to be enforced against the federal government to limits its authority and control.

I am running to dismantle the corruption that has consumed our government and is destroying this country.We need a representative who will stand up and fight the political corruption that has invaded both Republicans and Democrats in all three branches. I will fight for common sense and your religious and personal liberties.America is not a racist nation. America is a Blessed Land founded on the belief that God created men and women, and endowed them with unalienable rights.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Manuel P. Asensio will end the 3rd District’s deep frustration with Republican turncoats and their inability to protect against cancel culture and the Left’s takeover of government. Mr. Asensio has a plan to restore peace and righteousness in America.

Who do you look up to? Whose example would you like to follow, and why?

Raised in Florida and New York, Mr. Asensio was taught at a young age to embrace conservative values and fight injustice. His mother, Caridad Asensio, is the co-founder of the Caridad Center, Florida’s largest free health clinic and one of the largest in the nation. She is a member of the Florida Women’s Hall of Fame and a recipient of the National Jefferson Award. The Caridad Center stands as a memorial to Caridad’s faith in America.

What is the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember? How old were you at the time?

Mr. Asensio was born in Cuba. He dramatically escaped Communism and came to America when he was just six years old.

What was your very first job? How long did you have it?

In 1993, Mr. Asensio founded Asensio & Company, a successful Wall Street investment firm. He rose to national prominence in the finance industry and eventually became recognized as the Pioneer of Informational Arbitrage. He spent his career protecting investors from false information and fraudulent public stock promotions that unjustly enriched greedy Wall Streeters at the expense of the average person.

What do you perceive to be the United States' greatest challenges as a nation over the next decade?

Too many Republicans turn a blind eye to the violation of individual and family rights. They have no plan to defend against the Democrats on the Far Left. This is the greatest issue in the nation.

Do you believe that compromise is necessary or desirable for policymaking?

Compromises made from the right have enabled the Left and allowed them to replace the Rule of Law with tyranny and absurdities in all levels of government. Compromises have enabled the Socialist Left to level charges of racism and bigotry against good Americans. This has made a farce of our sacred citizenship, borders, and constitutional rights.
