Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
Luc Jasmin III has over a decade of experience in action-oriented leadership roles across education, public policy, and community development. He currently serves as the Eastern Washington Representative for the Washington State Governor’s Office, acting as a liaison between communities and the Governor’s Office. His work focuses on advocating for resources to support affordable housing, childcare, and access to essential services, ensuring equitable distribution of state resources across both rural and urban areas in Eastern Washington.
In addition to his public service, Luc has deep roots in the Spokane community. As the owner of Parkview Early Learning Center and an active participant on various community boards, such as Northeast Youth and Family Services, Spokane Land Bank board, Family Promise of Spokane and NAACP Spokane, and 5th Avenue Forward, he has led initiatives supporting families and strengthening local networks.
His philanthropic and entrepreneurial background gives him a unique perspective on the challenges facing our communities, and a skill set that has prepared him to get to work on day one.

With 12 years of experience in leadership, public policy, education and community development, Luc Jasmin III is well positioned to serve in the State House. His work as Eastern Washington's representative in the Office of the Governor has prepared him to be successful as Spokane's next State Representative.This is a grassroots campaign powered by community.
Our field team about collective action: built on a foundation of volunteers, constituent input, and community engagement. Majority of our campaign contributions come from local, individual donors.With smart, well-equipped leadership and community support, we can build a Spokane that works for everyone.
I will fight to increase housing affordability, and expand the market for accessible options. I will fight to strengthen funding for early education and childcare. We will protect access to healthcare and services for seniors aging in place. We will fight for our protections that are up for debate: privacy, reproductive rights, voting rights, and immigration.
