Lori Rook is from Southwest Missouri. She earned a high school diploma from Nixa High School, a bachelor's degree from Missouri State University, and a law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.[1] Rook's career experience involves owning a law practice that specializes in the field of elder law, estate planning, and asset protection.[2]

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I am an Elder Law Attorney who is running for State Senate in District 20 against the political establishment. I’m challenging the incumbent State Senator because SWMO deserves an actual conservative fighter who will Drain the Swamp, not a lobbyist lackey beholden to the woke corporations and special interests running this state into the ground.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

I'm 100% Pro-Life. Missouri currently one of the most progressive abortion laws in the entire country. As your next State Senator, I will fight for life with every fiber of my being, and work tirelessly toward passing quality pro-life legislation that defends the unborn.I am against these Big Tech Data Centers that are trying to come into our communities. My opponent voted to put construction costs for Data Centers on the ratepayers. While he's trying to pave the way for them, I'm standing up to them. When they tried to put a Data Center in Marshfield, I stood up, helped pass a moratorium, all while my opponent was nowhere to be seen. Many of these Data Centers damage energy supply and ruin local water supply.I am 100% against the radical woke agenda that's being forced upon Missourians by the coastal elite. As your next State Senator, I will push back upon discriminatory D.E.I. policy, push back against the radical transgender agenda, and always fight to defend our children from woke indoctrination in our classrooms.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

One thing that I've watched our government do is give corporate handouts to any of these companies that have a lobbyist. Instead, we need to focus on cutting the budget. This way, we can actually cut taxes without leaving a burden on everyday Missourians.

Our state is not doing enough to protect the elderly against financial scammers. Using my experience as an Elder Law attorney, I will lead a program that teaches families how to protect their aging loved ones against phone and internet scams.

Missouri money has been used to invest in China and other foreign adversaries. This is due to weak leaders who can't say no to the lobbyists. I will make all investments visible and ensure every dollar is invested in safe American companies.

I Will Promote Financial Literacy for Our Children

Our next generation is on the fast track to financial doom. Credit card debt and predatory lending are at an all-time high, and we aren't doing anything to stop it. I will launch a program to teach students across our state how to avoid this rut.

The swamp in Missouri gets deeper every election because politicians have to pay back the favors owed for large campaign donations. I am a self-funded outsider with zero hidden agendas, and I will always fight for you without reservation.

We Must Reduce Taxes of All Kinds

Property taxes are out of control and they need to be eliminated.

We must fight drugs harder.

We aren't doing enough to eliminating the side door for Fentanyl to flood our state.
