Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
My name is Lois Bower-Bjornson. I am a native of Fredericktown Pennsylvania. I have deep roots here. I grew up on the Washington and Greene county boarders, spending equal time in both counties. We moved back to the district 21 years ago to raise our children. I am the mother of four, three boys and a girl. I am the Southwestern Pennsylvania Field organizer with Clean Air Council. I am the owner and operator of two micro businesses. I look forward to moving the 50th district into the future.

Economy and jobs
To enable people to find strong jobs without leaving their community. I will preserve existing energy jobs,, attrack new ones in clean energy industries and support small buisnesses.Healthcare
I Will protect rural hospitals, lower prescription drug prices, and expand access to mental health services, so that everyone in the district can't access the care they need.Data centers
I will protect the people in the communities of the 50th District against rapid unchecked data center development.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
I am passionate about protecting people in communities from unwanted industries that come into their towns. People should have a say as to what industries are in their towns how they are run and how they will benefit the communities.
