In their own words
Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
I am a husband, a sports fan, and a 20-year blue collar employee at a large tech company. I've watched my life get upended by policies and procedures that I would have never voted for. I sat with my wife, family, and friends while for-profit healthcare fought against life-saving treatments. After getting involved in my local democratic organizations, I realized that I had a voice and that I should use it to help other people. In three weeks, I knocked on countless doors to get my name on the ballot. I plan to work as tirelessly in Harrisburg to represent the people of the 145th because the people of the district face the same problems I do.
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
Healthcare is a human right. UnitedHealth had the third highest revenue of Fortune 500 companies last year. Profit margins on life-saving prescriptions are unregulated. We should not have middlemen between us and our doctors, and we should not be walking bank notes for big pharmaceutical corporations. I will fight for public healthcare whether it be through a public option, single payer plan or another mean. The state's capitulation to AI data centers is out of hand; the moment must be met, and it must be met immediately and forcefully. Implying a six percent ales tax on Google or Amazon for failures to oblige by an already limited set of rules will not stop them. I will push for firm regulation and state-wide moratoriums while we deal with buildings that pass on costs, pollute waterways, create noise pollution, swallow up farmlands, don't create long-lasting jobs, and put people out of work.We are not only tied for the lowest minimum wage in the country, we also have the highest effective tax rate on the bottom 20 percent of earners. As a result, minimum wage workers earn $6.16 after the effective tax rate, the worst in the nation. This is not sustainable. I will fight for higher minimum wages. I will fight against regressive taxation such as our flat income tax, sales tax, gas tax, and property tax on primary residences that disproportionately target the lower and middle classes. I would fight to push fundraising to the top percentages through wealth tax and by closing corporate tax loopholes.

Who do you look up to? Whose example would you like to follow, and why?
Roy Cooper says he just wants stuff to cost less, delivers on those promises, silently protects the most vulnerable among us in the background, and wins a reddish-purple state by ten plus points.
What legacy would you like to leave?
I just want people to be able to live comfortably. I don't care about a legacy.
What was your very first job? How long did you have it?
I worked at BJ's Wholesale Club during my senior year of high school.
What do you perceive to be your state's greatest challenges over the next decade?
It will routinely be passing the state budget until we stop trying to balance it on the backs of the middle and lower classes.
What organizations or individuals have endorsed your campaign?
Bucks County Democratic Committee, Palisades Democratic Alliance, Pennridge Democrats, Northern Bucks Democrats, U.S. Term Limits, Democracy Dogs
What was the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember?
I remember watching the fall of the Berlin Wall with my Grandmother on the old Sony Trinitron. I remember her talking about it being important. She brought an encased piece back from Germany in I believe it was 1993. It was a very cool moment that brought a lot of people together.
