Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I’m Leon Lawson, a former resident of Mason County and now Grays Harbor and the America First “Trump Republican” candidate for Washington’s 6th Congressional District in 2026.I grew up right here in the 6th District. I built Dogcon Auto at 66 SE Lynch Rd in Shelton — right on the reservation, 10 miles from Skokomish. For 12 years we were the best dealership in the district: 90% return customers, zero advertising, honest zero-down deals for working families and tribal members. The system came after me hard. The Department of License killed my business for turning them in . The Auditors stole my home at E Beil Rd and erased Dogcon from the title chain. DCYF hired me just to fire me after I spoke out. They tried to silence me — all they did was light the fire.I’ve already proven I can pull real votes. In crowded statewide primaries I earned 118,178 zero-spend votes the greatest zer spend candidate in history 3 times — more raw votes than establishment candidates get with millions in backing. That’s personal loyalty, not party loyalty.I’m running as a street fighter and fraud reformer with a bold America First platform:Senior Healthcare Act – crush Big Pharma middlemen

Tribal Empowerment Act – 50% of gaming revenue direct to members

Federal Firearms Protection Act – defend 2A

Medical Cannabis Reform Act – real patient freedom (I helped found NORMAL)

MAHA Food Education, Anti-Human Harvest, and Public Water Access Reform

This race is over if we show up. WWG1WGA.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?I am deeply passionate about reining in runaway government agencies and restoring real checks and balances.I have personally completed 30 oral arguments in Washington Superior Courts fighting agency deference and trying to dismantle the Administrative Procedure Act (APA). I’ve sued the state repeatedly over DOL retaliation that killed my business, Auditor tampering that stole my home , and DCYF abuse that fired me for protected speech. These fights are personal — I’ve lived the damage of unchecked bureaucracy. My core passion is slashing agency power so government serves the people, not the other way around. This drives every bill I’ve written: Senior Healthcare

Campaign website

Lawson's campaign website stated the following:

My policies are common-sense reform, states' rights, reining in agencies deference, increasing transparency in gov, Nutritional awareness, reform in our schools, teaching law and Civics to the youth, decriminalizing the marijuana industry on the federal level so the sector can operate lawfully, and make citizens feel like citizens again and not the property of the state. As a solo senator, I can draft the proposals, but we will need a majority of like-minded patriots in the senate to achieve this. The special interest lobbyists do not want this type of reform or exposure and will not highlight me.[3]
