Background

Kristi Pursell lives in Northfield, Minnesota. Pursell earned a bachelor's degree in English language and literature and general and environmental studies from St. Olaf College in 2003 and a graduate certificate in environmental education from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, in 2006. Her career experience includes working as a children's food educator at Midwest Food Connection, community engagement coordinator at the Cannon River Watershed Partnership, and executive director at Clean River Partners.[1][2]
