In their own words

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

When Ida O'Neil, his mother, was unjustly denied her court-ordered and fully paid military Survivor Benefit Plan, Kevin O’Neil made the necessary personal sacrifices to care for her while advocating on her behalf in the San Diego Superior Court and through her representatives.

The lack of just and respectful assistance from his congressional representatives—Rep. Ken Calvert and Rep. Darrell Issa—prompted him to run for office so that others would not have to suffer the same injustice. Only Senator Dianne Feinstein did what was right by directing the Department of War (DoW) and Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) to send the Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) paperwork to begin payments. Unfortunately, after Senator Feinstein’s passing, DoW/DFAS reversed course, claiming it had been a mistake to send the paperwork to start the payments.

Too many elected officials have accepted campaign contributions from Google and other Big Tech companies, ensuring that Big Tech’s interests consistently trump the people’s interests. As a result, America lacks meaningful safeguards for cybersecurity, privacy, and liberty. Lawmakers have enabled a surveillance state that undermines individual freedoms, while failing to pass robust privacy laws and responsible regulations on artificial intelligence.

Kevin O’Neil is Founder, Chairman, and CEO of CYVA Research Corporation a small business based in San Diego. CYVA Research is a cybersecurity innovation, strategic research and development firm.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

Government corruption is out of control. Waste, fraud and abuse are endless. There is no accountability, no equal justice under the law as we see elites, who have committed crimes against women and children walk free. The 2-tier system must be demolished as it only fuels citizen distrust, anger and apathy. I am a whistleblower (AFC2S) and know full well what happens to individuals who refuse to get along or go along with criminal conduct. When you confront corrupt people, they retaliate; and they do not care who they crucify in the process. We have a responsibility to maintain the integrity of the chain-of-command. I have done this, suffered the consequences and know the wonder of spiritual growth as a man who loves God and his neighbor.Lower the cost of living. Sure, there is great promise with AI but also staggering harm if we do not responsibly govern this technology for the benefit of humanity. Imagine a personal Victory Garden robot that can build, maintain and provide a sustainable food supply for you and your family. I assert AI companies need to be held accountable for any harms they cause, namely mass job loss and displacement. If you have no job, you cannot feed yourself or your family.

AI Accountability and Responsible Sustainable Abundance for All Act

AGI, ASI, AI Technologists, and Synergy Partners: Do what is right, be accountable, be responsible, and respect the sanctity and Creator-designed nature of human life. https://kevinoneil.substack.com/Ida O'Neil’s court-ordered military Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) continues to be unjustly denied by our woke and corrupt DoW that refuses to acknowledge the fraud, coverup and the fact that Ida has been wrongfully denied this military Survivor Benefit Plan that she paid for. As America’s Commander in Chief, and chief law enforcement officer it is my hope you will direct the Honorable Pete Hegseth, VP JD Vance and Honorable AG Pam Bondi to investigate and correct this injustice against military spouses and mothers who faithfully served our nation.

Legislation is long overdue to correct a military compensation, benefits and pension system that openly discriminates against women who serve as military spouses and mothers.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Currently there is no end in sight to data breaches and successful cyber-attacks by our enemies. This escalating cybersecurity crisis is entirely a manufactured crisis. Our data is weak, vulnerable, easy prey. This is by Big Tech and Big Government design. Big Tech and Big Government do not want humans to have the power to own, protect, control and license (monetize) their information assets wherever they exist. Our security, our privacy, our liberty matters. I urge people to join the Human Digital Liberty movement and take control of their personal information. We all have a human digital existence. Information is power. It is the power to manipulate, coerce, cancel and kill. Fight for liberty and against the anti-liberty surveillance.

What organizations or individuals have endorsed your campaign?

Veronica Langworthy, a fellow Christian and prayer group member who loves Jesus and prays for our leaders, our country and that we would be faithful in serving God and all people throughout the world.
