In their own words
Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
I'm, the same as you. I worry about bills, and my kids. I don't feel like I'm any better off than I was in the past.. And all that seems to be apparent is the every increasing encroachment into the body politic of business interest at the expense of our interest
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
My only concern and interest is yours. If a business exists solely to make money off the government at the local ,state, or national level. There's a problem..The best way to encourage jobs and businesses in our state is to encourage them to spend that money locally, with tax breaks for spending close to home, not just for existing..
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
Too much of our tax money at every level ends up as profit somewhere
What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?
Who they answer to
What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?
People first
What legacy would you like to leave?
To make a difference
What was your very first job? How long did you have it?
Paper boy, I had it until I was old enough to get a a job keeping score at the baseball park
What do you perceive to be your state's greatest challenges over the next decade?
Getting the youth active in politics
Do you believe that compromise is necessary or desirable for policymaking?
I feel the more common sense, facts and logic that is involved in policy making the less compromise should be necessary
What was the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember?
Challenger disaster
