1. Breaking Barriers: A Historic New Vision for Rhode Island

As a 35-year-old Providence native, I am running to break a 250-year executive leadership barrier as the state’s first African American Governor. My campaign isn’t just about making history; it’s about modernizing our future.Key Message 2: Building the Future: The "City Coin" & Rhode Island’s Digital Income Revolution

To modernize Rhode Island, we must look beyond traditional taxes and stagnant wages. My administration will pioneer a "City Coin" (RI-Coin) ecosystem, transforming the Ocean State into a global hub for decentralized finance (DeFi) and digital empowerment. This isn't just a currency; it’s a new network of income designed specifically for our residents to earn, mine, and build wealth within our borders.

The Vision: A "Crypto City" for Everyday Life

The future of Rhode Island’s economy is digital, transparent, and community-owned. By integrating blockchain technology.Dignity in Longevity: A Modern New Deal for Rhode Island’s Seniors

As an Independent candidate, I recognize that our seniors are the backbone of Rhode Island’s history, yet they are often the most impacted by rising inflation and a stagnant healthcare system. My administration will not just "protect" Social Security; we will innovate the state’s infrastructure to ensure every senior can age with dignity, financial security, and a sense of belonging in a rapidly changing world.

1. Eliminating the "Silver Tax": Real Property Tax Relief

Our seniors should never be priced out of the homes they spent decades paying for.

The Proposal: I will fight for a statewide Senior Property Tax Freeze if here 20+ years.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Public Policy Passions: The "Digital Equity & Economic Empowerment" Platform

1. Decentralized Finance & The "City Coin" Economy

I am deeply passionate about financial sovereignty for Rhode Islanders. I believe the traditional banking and tax systems are failing the average resident. I am advocating for a State-Backed Digital Ecosystem, including a "City Coin" (RI-Coin). This policy isn't just about "crypto"—it’s about creating a transparent, low-fee network for ticketing, transit, and local commerce. By integrating blockchain into state infrastructure.
