Parker received her bachelor's degree from Angelo State University and her J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law.[2][1]

2017 - Present: Justice, Texas Seventh District Court of Appeals

2008-2017: Judge, Lubbock County Court at Law No. 3

Before she was appointed to the Lubbock Country Court, Parker served as a family law judge. Prior to her service on the bench, Parker was in private practice.[1]
