Pietrowicz for U.S. Congress represents a distinct change in the political environment.

Joshua does not support, condone, or endorse slanderous and libelous political arena that currently plagues both sides of the isle.

The Era of Political Theater and Gamesminship needs to come to close. This grave error which helps to routinely divide our great nation needs to be voted out one elected official at a time.

Joshua isn't like most political figures blindly encouraging or endorsing Up and Down Ballot Races with Blanket Partisan Support.

He believes in voting for the best candidate in every election from School Board to President in an attempt for live out the great expirement that is our More Perfect Union.

Joshua humbly seeks out America First policies and values for the benefits of our fellow citizens. It would be arrogant and unwise to stand alone on the world stage, but he believes in helping, and giving to those in need. A young man that isn't afraid to offer a hand up, but is a Fiscal Hawk to guard against unchecked and overreaching hand outs.

Joshua firmly believes in individual liberty, and the rights of private citizens, and he understands that they are to be protected from overreaching big government.

Joshua's top priority has always and will always to continue to be in the interest of protecting our National Security and our Nations Sovereignty.

Joshua is strong advocate of supporting U.S. Trade domestically and abroad. He understands that a nation without borders will simply no longer exist given enough time. Global Trade occurs primarily over the ocean. On the high seas things can be unpredictable, but the one thing that should be a steady constant is that the U.S. Navy and Coast Gaurd should always be well funded, equipped, and staffed to ensure that American interests are protected, and that U.S. Citizens can travel safely internationally without fear of piracy, or Intimidation from known American Adversaries like China.The measurements of a healthy economy shouldn't always be about GDP or a Roaring Stock Market.

Rather it's about the purchasing power of the American Consumer. The growing wealth and growing income of the middle and lower classes is far more important to the strength of our nation than the Rich Billionaires, Mega Corporations, and Elite Oligarchs growing their vast sums of wealth.

Joshua Pietrowicz will be a Fighter for Real American Families, and their ability to afford to live a good life in the same America that they were born in as well and to raise a family that is able to live happily for generations to come.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Joshua is a passionate supporter of reforms in the Medical, Insurance, and Healthcare Systems

He believes in a Universal Medicare for All System. However he doesn't support State Run Systems but rather is in favor of sweeping changes at the Federal Level. The reason Joshua holds this belief is because he believes that collectively the United States has the means, and the authority to stand up to Big Pharma, and Big Tech Monopolies that leach off our most Vulnerable Citizens, and he isn't afraid to call a spade a spade. Even if it makes the Washington Fat Cats feel uncomfortable. If elected Joshua's vote would be entrusted to support a new system more equipped to firmly condemn price gouging, and ensure affordable healthcare.

Joshua enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, but mostly he loves spending quality time with his wife, Emily Pietrowicz. The two got married at their Church, Crossroads Community Church in Gray, on November 12, 2023.

Joshua loves spending time by the water, in the woods, or near a racetrack. He loves and appreciates the nature, the landscapes, and the animals in Maine.

Joshua is a born again believer and has been for nearly 20 years of his life. He enjoys going to Church on Sunday and reading his Bible regularly.

Joshua wants to bridge the divide in Augusta so that each night Mainers don't have to go to bed worried about what reckless policy the state pushed through the day before. He believes that Republicans and Democrats are so focussed on battling against one another that they aren't reasoning with each other. He's a compassionate and patriotic American who believes that everyone should have the same rights and opportunities. Regardless of what happens in the coming elections, Joshua asks that we all pray for our state and our nation's leaders.

Cutting Taxes

Joshua aims to eliminate Maine state income tax by fiscal year 2027. With lower taxes, households can allocate more of their earnings toward building wealth; whether through homeownership, education, retirement savings, investments, or whatever else they choose to do with their money. This increased flexibility not only enhances their present quality of life, but also creates opportunities for long-term economic stability and upward mobility.Affordable Housing

Joshua believes that reckless money printing and excessive state and federal spending is the cause for rampant inflation. Joshua will take all measures necessary to combat inflation and protect Maine families. Joshua will encourage developments within suburban parts of Maine to help naturally cultivate a greater supply of available homes and apartments. This will help to alleviate housing demand in this "affordable housing" crisis.Second Amendment

Joshua undeniably supports the right of the second amendment to keep and bear arms and the ability to maintain a well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state. He will work hard to ensure these rights shall not be infringed. He himself is a passionate supporter and user of Maine’s constitutional carry as a means to protect all who are around him and his family.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Veterans

Joshua believes in protecting and respecting Maine Veterans. He seeks to eliminate tolls for Maine Veterans on I-95, as they shouldn’t have to pay anymore than they already have for this country. Joshua believes funding mental health resources across rural Maine should be viewed as a necessity and implemented as a top priority. Maine Veterans also shouldn't have to go without housing at any point after their service. Let's work together to help those who sacrificed for us.

What is the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember? How old were you at the time?

The passing of President Ronald Reagan in 2004. I was 4 years old at the time.

What do you perceive to be your state's greatest challenges over the next decade?

The rising costs of living for Everyday Mainers due to inflation, and reckless money printing and excessive government spending.

Do you believe that it’s beneficial for state legislators to have previous experience in government or politics?

Only when on specific committees or in positions of party leadership.
