In their own words

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I have been a local since 1988 and have seen our area and state grow, first hand. I come from a close knit family of 7 with 4 awesome siblings and 2 incredible parents going on 50 years of marriage. I have spent my childhood weekends playing in the sand and water at our world famous beaches and week nights playing school sports and studying.

I have spent the last decade as a licensed real estate agent helping hundreds of families achieve the American Dream of home ownership and have seen our area grow and develop like none other. Now, I plan to make sure all of this growth and change happens in the very best way possible for Manatee, for Florida, and for our future.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

I am not a politician and I never have been. I am a neighbor. I live here, I work here and I know exactly what is happening to our community. Home and lifestyle affordability is a problem and I want to change that. These days it seems like people can't afford their home and go out to dinner once in a while and that needs to change. No party means no strings attached. I do not owe a single favor to a party machine, a donor club or a special interest group. Every vote I cast will be based on one thing only. What is best for the people of District 71, Manatee County and Florida. How many "politicians" can say that?Manatee County is booming and that is a good thing. But growth without accountability is a problem. Roads are jammed, schools are packed and home prices have gone through the roof. I am a licensed Realtor with over a decade in this market. I know how to fix this and I am ready to get to work.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Housing affordability, property insurance reform, responsible growth and eliminating false information and fake news. I am also fired up about AI policy and making sure new technology serves people rather than exploits them. Florida should lead on all of it.
