In their own words

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I’m John Strand • Patriot for Congress, the Maverick Conservative Republican in Florida’s 19th District. I’m a Christian constitutionalist who believes the Bible is truth, life is sacred, and liberty is God’s design for all men. Homeschooled to guard that foundation, I’ve lived it as an actor, Creative Director at America’s Frontline Doctors, and battle-tested fighter for the Republic. In 2020 I organized a freedom rally against covid tyranny that drew thousands and earned President Trump’s public support. On January 6, I stood peacefully at the Capitol. The weaponized DOJ assaulted me with a SWAT raid and 20-year felony, then offered a get-out-of-jail-free-card: a single misdemeanor plea deal. I refused on principle and chose prison over a lie, suffering 366 days in federal prison—including four brutal months in solitary—while fighting to appeal, winning vindication at the Supreme Court and total exoneration when the DOJ vacated all charges with prejudice. That cost me my career but revealed the rot we must drain. I’m the only candidate who qualified for the FL-19 ballot with grassroots voter support—nearly four thousand signatures—endorsed by Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point. I’m running to restore courage, common sense, and Judeo-Christian values back into government. Secure our borders and our culture with mass deportations. Abolish the income tax. Protect the entire Bill of Rights and America First priorities. End uniparty corruption.

Let’s Reclaim the Republic—together.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

The mission of John Strand Patriot for Congress is clear and uncompromising: get the government out of your life and out of your wallet. I'll fight for an immigration moratorium and accelerated deportations that will drastically reduce fraud and abuse of your tax dollars, grow the economy, improve affordability, and protect your American culture from radical Islam and woke Marxism. I'll work to abolish the income tax and IRS, replaced with a simple consumption tax until we shrink Washington further. We'll cut spending, achieve energy dominance, and ensure true election integrity. Florida families need a fighter who puts America First, delivers results, and restores our Judeo-Christian heritage. Join the movement to Reclaim the Republic. The truth is our foundation: life is sacred, liberty is God's design for all men. I am a Christian constitutionalist who believes the Bible provides the moral foundation and the Constitution is a fixed guardrail against tyranny. Government’s role is to protect our rights, secure national sovereignty, defend the innocent, enforce justice, and stay out of the way. I will fight to repeal the 16th and 17th Amendments, shrink DC, restore states' rights, defend the entire Bill of Rights, expand and protect school choice, and end the barbaric mutilation of minors. End uniparty overreach, DEI racism, and weaponized agencies. We restore the Founders' design and reclaim the Republic through truth, courage, and Judeo-Christian values.I'm a Maverick Conservative, not a career politician—or a RINO businessman. My father served in the Navy, my mother homeschooled me with moral clarity. I built a career as an actor until COVID; I organized a freedom rally that President Trump supported online. As Creative Director of America's Frontline Doctors, I helped save lives and set people free from fear and propaganda. Standing peacefully on J6, I refused a false confession plea deal, endured a year as a political hostage—with brutal solitary abuse—and was fully exonerated by the Supreme Court and DOJ. With unwavering courage and integrity, I'm the only Republican who qualified for FL-19 with voter petitions, earning Charlie Kirk's Turning Point endorsement.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I'm passionate about restoring the Founder's design for constitutional governance, protecting separation of powers, local control, and individual rights. Secure our elections, borders, national sovereignty, and Judeo-Christian heritage, restoring cultural cohesion. Dismantle the Climate Cult and woke DEI to unleash energy dominance and innovation, and restore meritocracy. Abolish the IRS and federal income tax. Protect those who paid into social security while transitioning the federal government out of unconstitutional socialism. Abolish DoE and promote school choice. Abolish Obamacare and restore health choice. Repeal Big Pharma immunity and ban their TV ads. Defund the DC District Court, enforce judicial accountability.
